Since we sell digital downloadable products, all sales are generally final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You were charged twice
- The file is corrupted and cannot be downloaded
- You did not receive the product after successful payment
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method.
